Privacy policy (GDPR)

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the issues related to the processing of personal data and statistical and marketing tools on the websites used by the PDC (hereinafter referred to as the “Sites”) by “TESTARMY GROUP SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA with its registered office at ul. Petuniowa 9/5, 53-238 Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as the “PDC”).
The policy also specifies the use of cookies.

Personal Data

The controller of the Personal Data (PDC) processed in the course of the conducted business is “TESTARMY GROUP SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA ul. Petuniowa 9/5, 53-238 Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as “PDC”).

Personal data are processed by the PDC in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation.

Depending on its needs, PDC processes personal data for the following purposes:

  1. performance of direct marketing of its own products and services – legal notice,

Statistical and marketing tools

  1. PDC uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies on your device to compile statistics about the amount of traffic to PDC’s sites and the manner of using the Sites. The data received is processed in an aggregate and anonymized manner (this means that it prevents the identification of the person). Each user has the ability to block the transmission of data from electronic devices to Google Analytics by downloading and installing a free browser plug-in, available at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  2. In order to advertise the sites and services provided by PDC, PDC also uses Google Ads, which uses cookies placed on the user’s device. Detailed information about how Google collects and processes data is available at: www.google.com/intl/pl/policies/privacy/partners/.
  3. PDC uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn Corporation. The tool provides detailed campaign reporting and unlocks information about site visitors. PDC uses it to track activity, retarget site visitors and unlock additional information about users interacting with PDC ads on LinkedIn. This tool allows the collection of encrypted metadata regarding IP address and page view information, among other things.   4. PDC uses Facebook‘s remarketing tools (i.e., if, for example, a user accesses the site and becomes interested in a certain topic – it will be possible to see ads tailored to their interests on Facebook). The information collected by Facebook tools is anonymous, i.e. it does not allow us to identify you. However, Facebook may combine this information with other information about you collected through your use of Facebook and use it for its own purposes, including marketing. Cookies

The PDC on the websites is “TESTARMY GROUP SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA ul. Petuniowa 9/5, 53-238 Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as “PDC”).

The sites use cookies. Cookies are IT data, so-called “text files”, which are stored on the device of the user using the sites (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone) and are intended for use by the sites. The sites do not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in cookies.

Cookies are used by PDC for the following purposes:

PDC uses cookies based on the user’s consent, except when cookies are necessary for the proper provision of electronic services to the user. Cookies that are not necessary for the proper provision of the electronic service remain blocked until the user consents to the use of cookies. During the first visit to PDC’s sites, a message is displayed to the user asking for the user’s consent along with the option to manage cookies, i.e. decide which cookies the user agrees to and which he wants to block.

Please note that disabling or restricting cookies may prevent you from using some of the features available on PDC’s website and cause difficulties in using the website, as well as many other websites that use cookies. Withdrawal of consent for the use of cookies is also possible via browser settings. Web browsers also offer incognito mode. You can use it if you don’t want information about the pages you visited and the files you downloaded to be stored in your browsing and download history. Cookies created in incognito mode are deleted when all windows of this mode are closed.
