About the Client

Allegro is the most popular shopping platform in Poland and one of the largest e-commerce companies in Europe. It has operated since 1999, offering access to products from over 125,000 businesses. It brings together the world’s largest brands as well as small and medium-sized Polish retail companies.

Challenge

Allegro representatives were looking for a solution to help unify the terminology, work style, and project management processes within the HR Business Partner team. The company was seeking tailored solutions that would fit its organizational culture and address the real needs of the department. The project was later expanded to include workshops on **Change Management in the Agile spirit**, with six training groups participating. The goal of the courses for Allegro employees was to implement changes within the company. That’s why a **follow-up** was also part of the project to discuss the changes that occurred after the training sessions.

Process

The training project began with meetings with team representatives. By listening to the needs of the staff and understanding the work culture, we prepared a workshop designed to bring about the desired change in the team. The course consisted of two workshop days, followed by a **summary meeting** three weeks later to assess changes in participants’ work methods. During the project, Allegro invited us to conduct additional workshops. This time, our specialists were asked to support the company in **Change Management in an Agile spirit**, prompted by a major organizational transformation. The Change Management workshops again began with an assessment of needs and areas requiring skill development. After the training, a summary meeting was held to evaluate the improvements in team competencies. We also delivered **thematic webinars** during our collaboration with Allegro, designed to reinforce knowledge transfer and consolidate the skills developed in the workshops.

Results

During the workshops, we addressed the client’s needs by delivering training sessions tailored to the company’s organizational culture, team dynamics, and staff competencies. The success of the training process was confirmed by participant feedback—**our workshops received an average score of 9.2 out of 10**. As part of the project, we delivered 12 workshops. Participants gained skills in:

  • Agile project management,
  • work and time management,
  • change management within organizations,
  • teamwork in an Agile model.

We concluded the workshop series for Allegro by precisely aligning them with the company’s unique culture and evolving team needs. High ratings and positive participant feedback are the best proof of our success.
