This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPolicy\u201d) defines the issues related to the processing of personal data and statistical and marketing tools on the websites used by the PDC (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cSites\u201d) by \u201cTESTARMY GROUP SP\u00d3\u0141KA AKCYJNA<\/strong> with its registered office at ul. Petuniowa 9\/5, 53-238 Wroc\u0142aw (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPDC\u201d).
The policy also specifies the use of cookies.<\/p>\n

The controller of the Personal Data (PDC) processed in the course of the conducted business is \u201cTESTARMY GROUP SP\u00d3\u0141KA AKCYJNA ul. Petuniowa 9\/5, 53-238 Wroc\u0142aw (hereinafter referred to as \u201cPDC\u201d).<\/p>\n

Personal data are processed by the PDC in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation.<\/p>\n

    Statistical and marketing tools<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    1. PDC uses\u00a0Google Analytics, which uses cookies on your device to compile statistics about the amount of traffic to PDC\u2019s sites and the manner of using the Sites. The data received is processed in an aggregate and anonymized manner (this means that it prevents the identification of the person). Each user has the ability to block the transmission of data from electronic devices to Google Analytics by downloading and installing a free browser plug-in, available at:\u00a0https:\/\/tools.google.com\/dlpage\/gaoptout<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. In order to advertise the sites and services provided by PDC, PDC also uses\u00a0Google Ads, which uses cookies placed on the user\u2019s device.     3. PDC uses the\u00a0LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn Corporation. The tool provides detailed campaign reporting and unlocks information about site visitors. PDC uses it to track activity, retarget site visitors and unlock additional information about users interacting with PDC ads on LinkedIn. This tool allows the collection of encrypted metadata regarding IP address and page view information, among other things. PDC uses\u00a0Facebook\u2018s remarketing tools (i.e., if, for example, a user accesses the site and becomes interested in a certain topic \u2013\u00a0it will be possible to see ads tailored to their interests on Facebook). The information collected by Facebook tools is anonymous, i.e. it does not allow us to identify you. However, Facebook may combine this information with other information about you collected through your use of Facebook and use it for its own purposes, including marketing.         PDC uses cookies based on the user\u2019s consent, except when cookies are necessary for the proper provision of electronic services to the user. Cookies that are not necessary for the proper provision of the electronic service remain blocked until the user consents to the use of cookies. During the first visit to PDC\u2019s sites, a message is displayed to the user asking for the user\u2019s consent along with the option to manage cookies, i.e. decide which cookies the user agrees to and which he wants to block.<\/p>\n
